Firmware update for Neo 2

Hi,

when are we going to see new firmwares for Neo 2? Is there no development going on? Haven't heard about anything since .18 (except for .19 rolled out to selected cases).

could have been the Pedal stroke analysis for NEO 1 end 2018

no, as i remember only Neo2, never tried Tacx Trainingssoftware, but think the Trainersoftware have to support it, in Rouvy it's supported and Zwift do nothing to implement it till now

Hi, There is a new firmware released on the 27th of August for the NEO2. There is a fix in

ANT+ FE C communication
Garmin Edge fix (Wattage control)

You can update the trainer via the Tacx Utility app

is there a rollback possible, seems, the links to restore older fw on old tacx sites not working anymore?

Hi, The update is only for the NEO2. The support page is the older Tacx page and we will update the Garmin pages with the new info. This transaction is taking place at the moment and for Tacx products we will use the Garmin support side. These pages will be removed in the near future

There is indeed a roll back possible. Please send a mail to [email protected] . The rollback can only be done with an firmware attachment in an email. We tried this via website but if you select this file, it will try to open it in a webbrowser. That does not work. So ask for it via [email protected]
