Resistance not available on zwift

My tax flux has stopped connecting to zwift in the resistance element. It doesn't appear in the menu options. I can connect for power source but neither cadence nor resistance have the tacx available. Any ideas please. I have turned it off and left it off for over an hour and no luck.

What device do you use for Zwift ? (tablet, appletv, computer?) Btw always try to search the "Controllable" at first, and if it is found, after the Power and the Cadence , it is the right order, if you do it any way, sometimes with certain type of trainers the Zwift cant find the trainer as "Controllable".

if you use AppleTV, restart the ATV unit completely (unplug , wait for 30s, plug)
