Firmware version update

My flux S is not working anymore (with power light flashing red and green), with a problem in firmware that is indicated to be a version more advanced than the last released.
How can be possible?

I’m not even able to retrofit the firmware as well. (Already tried to connect/disconnect, remove/download the app).

what can I do to solve the problem? Thanks for any help

In general, flashing red / green indicates too high voltage in the mains. Some users suggest reducing the voltage by connecting other devices - consumers of electricity (for example, a fan).

There is an assumption that such hypersensitivity to mains voltage is typical only for the latest firmware versions.

Try to rollback the firmware.
The old version of the firmware can be installed using the old versions (but not the latest version) of the Tacx utility app:

Don't forget to turn off automatic app updates.

Two ways to use the Tacx utility app.

The first way. Through firmware file with .tacxfirmware extension. For example, for Flux (S), Flow, Vortex, Genius and Bushido - through this file:

After downloading, check the file name. It should not have the .zip extension.

The second way. Install such an old version of the Tacx utility app, inside which there is the required firmware version.
