Parameters freeze after connecting watch as HR source

I am using Tacx Flux S with Tacx Training app. As HR sensor I am using Garmin Forerunner 945 on my wrist. It is very often that in this configuration all parameters from Flux S freezes even when I stop pedaling. Then only HR from Forerunner 945 is changing in the app.

Does anyone have similar situation? This issue occurs after about 2-3 minutes from training start.

I am using Tacx Training app on Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra but tried also on Tab S7+, on Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy Fold 3.

App version is the newest: 4.36.3

Tacx Flux S firmware is the newest: 3.3.45 / 1.1.6

Forerunner 945 firmware is the newest: 11.60

Any solution for this? I still have this problem when connecting Forerunner as HR source

If anybody is facing the same issue: For me the behavior described was the same. In my case the issue was that my Garmin watch was connected to the Tacx Flux S while the trainer was connected to the computer. As soon as I disconnected the watch from the Tacx the connection between the trainer and the Mac/PC became stable again.
