Disclosure: I'm firmly in the Tacx/Garmin eco-system (NEO2T) and steer my friends there.
The original Tacx Flux dates back 6-years, per DCRainmaker's initial look, and while it's seen a few updates and the integration of native thru-axle support, it is still at its heart "a Flux", relying on a belt drive and not being silent.
It's getting really difficult to recommend one with competitors like the Wahoo Kickr Core (silent), Zwift Hub (silent, self-calibrating) as well as the Elite Suito on the market.
Are there ANY rumours of anything new in in the mid/mid-high-end trainer space from Tacx? I'd even be fine with a lower-priced NEO.
