Tacx Flux S software update not working

My Tacx Flux S is flashing orange light on the power LED indicating a firmware update required but when u connect the Tacx Training App, it says, the firmware is up to date. The trainer connects to the app but the speed/power doesn't get detected nor can I calibrate. Trainer connects to Edge device as well but the power is always zero while pedaling.

I am training for World Championship coming up in 5 weeks. Please help quick. Crucial days and it is raining here.

Contact your local garmin support, is the Flux new or has the problem only just started? There has not been a new Flux FW for over 2 years.

Try to restore the firmware.

The old version of the firmware can be installed using the old versions (but not the latest version) of the Tacx utility app:

Don't forget to turn off automatic app updates.

Two ways to use the Tacx utility app.
First way. Through this firmware file:

The second way. Install such an old version of the Tacx utility app, inside which there is the required firmware version.
