Tacx Flux S not reacting on terrain changes

Most of the time, my new Flux S works fine. However, sometimes it does not react to terrain changes, the resistance will not be changed. Power measurement is done by Assioma pedals, RPM is done by the Flux S and works fine.

It is likely that your Flux continues to be connected to some other device and / or application. Disconnect the trainer from all devices and applications, and then connect it to only one.
