When I use that bike on a Tacx Flux S can I use it with a Shimano Tiagra 11 speed cassette?
Or is it necessary to also use a 9 speed cassette on the Tacx?

Yes, it is necesarry to use the same casette you have on your bike. If not you will have problems whilst shifting gears.
So this means I will have to use one or more spacers? Are these spacers included in de box? And is there a description where exactly to put the spacers?
