Tried to upgrade firmware.
During upgrade, device stuck in rebooting for more then an hour.
Finally, I can't communicate with device.
Upon start power green/red light toggles and all lights turn off later.
I guess I need factory reset.

I bought brand new Tacx Flux S, first time everything worked fine, next day after firmware update it connects to app but no power, cadence, speed data. Power led is constantly flickering…

Here is my boot sequence...
The same behavior - tried to update via Tacx Utility, updating process has stuck and nothing happened after that, about 10 minutes later, Utility said that update has been cancelled and Flux S is not work now...
Leds just flashes a couple of time reg/green and nothing more..
How to restore? What can we do to make it alive again? Any special reset button on maybe reset action? Need help...!

Nice try, when you call, they tell that tacx is a brand new member of the garmin group so they don't know. We are quarantined so we wait with a 500€ broken HT. lot of cases on the facebook group for flux owners. that sucks...

same problem here, updated to 3.3.40/1.1.6... power light is flashing red/green.
Same problem. Firmware update stuck in rebooting. Now Tacx Flux is Bluetooth connected but communicates no power or cadence data.
