During periods of peek Tracx use ( first thing in the morning or mid evening ) Mine take ages to connect online then crashes and or locks up and does not allow me to continue a ride so i have to start it again ? I have also experienced the app working but the video freezes so I have to keep closing and restarting the app to get it to work . When you have limited time to get in a workout before leaving for work it is very frustrating and not what i am paying my subscription for ! Zero support via the online support line as i cannot find anyone to talk with just FAQ and irrelevant instructions :(
