Tacx Flux communication problem firmware 3.3.40 / 1.1.6

Equipment: Tacx Flux T2900

Firmware: 3.3.40 / 1.1.6

Problem description:

The power led blinks off/green/red and then red/green/off recurringly. I am able to connect to the Tacx Flux with the Tacx Utility App and Tacx Desktop App, but no cadence or speed information is coming through anymore.in both apps. Also doing a power cycle (unplugging the device for 20 minutes and then replugging it) does not solve the issue. Could you please provide support?

In the meantime I will cancel my premium subscription plan as I cannot cycle indoors anymore...

I have the same problem. Only one solution I found is to turn off the power cable, turn it back and repeat it while led turns orange. Then you need to connect to the APP and update firmware. Next day same procedure ....

Try to rollback the firmware.
The old version of the firmware can be installed using the old versions (but not the latest version) of the Tacx utility app:

Don't forget to turn off automatic app updates.

Two ways to use the Tacx utility app.
The first way. Through firmware file with .tacxfirmware extension.

The second way. Install such an old version of the Tacx utility app, inside which there is the required firmware version.
