Bought my TF2 one week ago and have not been able to get it to work. Tried Tacx utility app first, Bluetooth connection is good but cannot detect any pedal stroke or speed and Cannot be calibrated per se . Also tried zwift and the same issue, the app detects the device and connects properly but the avatar never moves, All numbers and metrics are zero. Firmware is up to date. Customer service here in china sucks (via distributor), and on top of everything Tacx training app cannot be used in china either . Please help. Thanks
