Unable to use downloaded films during workout in Mac OS

Hi,

I recently purchased Flux 2 and have been enjoying indoor training.

I downloaded several films from Tacx Desktop Application (premium membership) and tried to play the downloaded films during training plan workouts.

However, I couldn't find any downloaded film at all and was not able to play any film during workout. I checked /Movies/Tacx folder, but there was no file there.

I tried to play downloaded films in Windows 10 Tacx Desktop Application and it worked perfectly.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

Same thing here (MAC OS Big Sur). I reinstalled the app and let the app see all folders in the system preferences icon...No success.

I contacted Garmin support and they told me the engineers are working…

Following - I have the exact same problem. I was able to stream them, but couldn't associate a film with a workout/FTP as they don't appear in the downloaded list and can't be located in downloads.
