Flux 2 disconnect

I have a flux 2 smart and keep having issues with zwift. The rollers disconnect after 50km approximately or long rides. Zwift suggest to return to older firmware/software. How do I do this? Thanks

Happens to me as well when I stop pedaling (ie. someone calling) and start pedaling again in less than 10-15 sec. roller is just not visible anymore. I have to unplugg it, wait 10 secs and plug it back in. Then it get's recognized by zwift and my Garmin.

This happens when using ANT+, not sure if on bluetooth is the same
