Yea i had to load on a clean version of the firmware via the tacx utility app. Does your phone still connect to the device

Hi, Thank for your answer. Yes my trainer connect to my phone (or computer) via bluethoot or ANT+. The problem is that the last firmware is already install (I thinck there was a problem during this installation). I don't have option to force the reinstallation of the last firmware or to downgrade.
Note: my trainer is not the flux but the smart vortex (but the issue is the same)

Once you have a fresh full version of the firmware you open the file on your phone, it offers the option to open with the utility app, you do this, when you go to the update section in the app it will have this firmware ready as an update (no matter what version is actually on the trainer) for you to push load onto the trainer.
I could send the firmware for the flux but that would probably do more damage than good...
Call Garmin support who will be able to email you a copy of the older firmware.
Hi, I found the file on the facebook group (file is common for the vortex) and the "downgrade" worked fine but the situation is still the same. Connection Ok but no data so I gess I have a hardware problem on the electonic card. Thanks for your help.
