My older Android 5 tablet will not update the firmware on my Flux 2. Had to use a newer Samsung Tab A Android tablet with Android 9. The Android 5 tablet updates other Tacx trainers and runs the apps fine. It just won't update.
The Garmin website states that at least Android 5 is needed for the Tacx Utility App and the Google Play Store states that at least Android 4.3 is needed. So, something is wrong here and the information being provided by Tacx is also inconsistent.
P.S. This new firmware does not solve the power drop problem either.
