Good day. I have a problem with calibrating the tacx vortex device. It looks like the attached video. The window with the red and green stripe that I saw on the internet does not apkpear

So in your case, the calibration is eventually completed successfully. But if you want, you can use an older version of the app or a Garmin Edge device for calibration.
