Calibration reading delayed Tacx Flow Smart

I’ve had my trainer for a few years. Just over the past month, when I calibrate the wheel tension, it takes about 30 seconds until the calibration reading to show after the wheel stops rotating. In the past, the calibration reading would show as soon as the wheel stopped rotating. Anyone else with this finding??

I have never been able to calibrate via Tacx training app (iPhone) , always too loose, too loose, until it won’t tighten any more and too loose…in my early days I tightened so much that the blue lever snapped, at least they replaced the unit but I now follow GPLAMAs suggestion and just tighten enough so there is no slippage or calibrate with my Garmin 530 or 1040 which always calibrates first time without any tightening and gives me a calibration index usually around 65520 +/- 10-15, don’t know what that means though

No. Customer help had no ideas. Still takes about 30 sec to get the calibration result, which seems to be an accurate result. Let me know if you figure it out!
