Garmin HRMs aren't recognised by the Tacx App, no-brand one is

Hi, just tried to resolve this with Garmin Support chat and gave up after half an hour of non-helpful (presumably AI) answers. I have a Tacx Flow, HRM Run, HRM Dual, Fenix 6X and Samsung S23 phone. No matter what I try, the Run and Dual cannot be recognised by the app. However, I have a no-brand HRM which is picked up very easily. It seems like that one is connecting via BT, it's called an HRM812, if that helps. The s/w on everything is up to date, no HRMs need batteries as they work fine when connected to my 6X. The testing I've done re connection to Tacx is with all HRMs turned off in the watch, and no other devices connect to them. Does anyone know why neither Garmin sensor would work, but a non-Garmin one would? Thanks.
