Hi!!!! I'm interesting to buy Flux Smart, but I dont know if my bike is compatible. I have a Trek Fuel Ex, 29', the wheel has 2.4 width. The Flux has everything to connect my bike or I will need to buy something extra?.

See https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=GxhVm9Ot9F28sxZouUScy6: 29 inch wheels and 12x148mm through axle are officially supported, at least for ATB (gravel bikes?), not sure about MTB. I think the axle replacement/adapter is sold separately, since by default only quick release skewer replacement/adapter is included.
There is some mechanical adjustment for different wheel sizes. There is one set of holes for 700cc/29" wheels. The exact position of the roller can be tweaked to adjust the height and hence the pressure, but I am not sure if the total radius of 29x2.4 wheels can be accommodated. From the width perspective it should be OK (just measured), but some people struggled with total wheel radius: https://www.reddit.com/r/Zwift/comments/om82w8/tacx_flow_and_29_wheels_how_thanks_for_those_who/ In any case, you'd need to fit a slick tire, I think. Maybe you can then fit one which is not too bulky?
This support page re wheel/tyre size says,
“Keep in mind that the maximum tire size for Tacx wheel on trainers is 700 x 32mm. “

In fact, this figure is underestimated. I use this tire with my Tacx Genius:
