Power calibration on smart flow

My edge has found a power sensor on the smart flow and asks to calibrate it but calibration spins for ages and fails. How do I calibrate this?

You do not need to calibrate the power meter in the trainer separately from the calibration of the trainer itself.

Calibrate your trainer in the app from Tacx (new or old, on a smartphone or on a tablet or on a computer).

Did you pair to edge as an “indoor trainer” rather than individual sensors. If calibrating as indoor trainer the calibration option on the edge is under training>indoor trainer or as Alex says using the Tacx app. Which edge model and which software version?

Edge 530 on latest software. I've tried calibrating the power on the app and no success then I have paired to 530 gone into indoor trainer paired trainer to which Itbrhen asks to calibrate the circle starts spinning before coming up with a long number starting 65 (can't remember the full number off the top of my head). I have done this turning the pedals, tried with nothing moving, just have no idea how to calibrate this bit that it keeps asking for so I now ignore it. The normal calibrate where you ride up to 30k/pH and stop works fine.
