Tacx Login and cloud platform unavailable

I have experienced repeated instances of login problems from the Windows Tacx Desktop app. Request password reset, get temporary pw, set new pw - login fails. No message, returns to login screen, rinse, repeat. Typically, I would switch to my iphone and login is successful. However this evening, the iphone app could not connect as well. I have a Garmin watch and the iphone app for the watch generated an error that the system is down. 

Opened a chat session with support which was useless. Who at Garmin really believes they are capable of operating a cloud platform? My Tacx trainer was a wonderful product until Garmin bought the company and ruined the experience. 

Who would buy additional products from a company that cannot provide the most basic, fundamental service?
