How to use external power sensor with Flow&Edge?

My Flow Smart power reading is quite off even though I've performed calibration. When I'm doing workouts where Flow and powermeter are paired to Edge target wattage differs quite much from actual power. If I connect trainer and sensors to zwift and do workout from there readings are quite spot on.

Any idea how can I use reading from external power meter with Edge to control my trainer?

Since you have an external power meter, you can always manually calibrate the trainer according to the readings of your power meter.

What do you mean with “manually calibrating”?

I want to take power reading from my meter and use that to control the trainer thus bypassing the trainer’s own meter.

Since you can change how hard the roller is pressed against the tire, you can change the amount of power transmitted by the trainer. This means that you have the opportunity to make these power readings match what your external power meter shows.
