Tacx Flow Smart cannot be calibrated

Hi,

I have a problem with calibrating the trainer. When I turn on the Tacx or Zwift app, the apps connect to the trainer, show data (speed, power etc.) but I cannot calibrate the trainer. It shows an error all the time.

I once had a similar error message when I tried to "calibrate" the trainer first up without a warm-up (ie warm up of the trainer), did 10 minutes free ride with 1% grade and it then calibrated ok.

The other usual issues of correct range tire pressure, latest trainer & Tacx App software don't seem to be relevant in this.

Ok. I will try to warm up it. Tire pressure was 7 and 8 bars, so should be perfect.

For the benefit of other users having this fairly common problem did it calibrate after a warn up on not, did you ever get it to calibrate?

After warming up and pressing the roller to the wheel as much as possible, we managed to calibrate it.
