I just purchased a Tacx Flow Smart Trainer, and I can't get the calibration to work!! The utility calibration won't start. It started once and then gave me an error, and now I can't get it going. I called support and they told me to reload the app - still didn't work. They suggested that I try the calibration in Zwift but this option doesn't seem to be offered to me. Meanwhile it seems the trainer is kinda shredding my tire. There's little pieces of rubber everywhere, so I've ordered a trainer tire. Anybody have any experience with solving this issue?
