Anyone fix issue with saving activity on tacx desktop for MacOS ver 1.18.6(44) (instructions from support does not working)

I try to contact with support and still nothing.

I have mac os Catalina 10.15.5 and version of tacx Desktop for 1.18.6(44)

I use BT for paring device and after training have only "Discard Activity" on mobile phone/tablet working

I did all instructions from support https://support.garmin.com/en-MY/?faq=vvS6tgGrkW7Ezds5LAR5k5 but still the same

Anyone can help (i change privacy for training, instal/uninstal app, update Mac and nothing)
