Tacx Flow vs. Tacx Flow FC

The Tacx support site mentions two variants of the Tacx Flow. One is simply Tacx Flow, and the other is Tacx Flow FC (Full Control). Does anyone know the difference?

I can't give the differences but I have Tacx Flow FC which interacts with the Tacx Training app.
