My Vivomove Trend is not turning on after a full battery drain

Hello,

I got A Vivomove Trend not long ago. Charged it a few times without any issue. But after that I left it without use for several days. I wanted to turn it off before that but all I found was this:

When I wanted to use it again the battery was totally depleted. I thought it was only a matter of charging it again and that it would turn on when connected but that didn't work. I tried using the same cable/charger I used before, another one that works fine with a Garmin Lily 2 and a Qi wireless charger and the watch remains unresponsive. The hands rest at 12:00 and the screen blank. Tap, double tap, tap and hold, the wrist raise gesture, nothing works. It doesn't sync with Garmin Connect either.

Is there anything I can do to turn it on again or does it require some kind of service? Besides the battery drain the watch is in perfect condition and was working totally fine before that.
