Vivo mice hr screen not working

I haven't worn my vivo move in a bit but I recharged it and the screen isn't working. I've tried all the tips from the forum and still not working. The watch itself works but I can't pair it to even see the things in my app because the code that the watch generates to pair, I can't see.
