I have a Vivomove HR. I am wondering about the algorithm for the VO2 Max, or if there may be a bug in my watch. I am 57 years old and weigh 125 kg. However, I am extremely athletic powerlifter, with perfrect bloodpressure 120/80, and I run a 10000 m run almost at elite level times, and have exceptional endurance like 25 year old athletes.
But my VO2 max onsistently comes out around <30 (very ppor as a 79 year old). Is this something in the algorithm that the watch cannot handle, due to my unusual high weight. What can I do to adjust or correct the measurement, and how does the watch measure / estimate to reach a number of 29. I don't think there is a bug, becasue I tried on a friend who has the same watch and get same result.
