Emojis in Notifications are not Displayed

I've found another post on this forum discussing this issue, but it seemed to have been only with the other Vivomove series watches because it is a 4-year-old forum post.

On the Trend specifically, I've had some emojis displayed in my notifications, but not all. In fact, most of the emojis are little question marks in a black diamond. I've checked my software on the Connect app and the Express software, and they both say my watch is up to date on update 2.18. Even if this post can get someone to refer the issue to the developers, that's all I'd want. I've tried restarting my device from scratch, which didn't fix anything.
