The screen in my Vivomove HR not showing.

The screen in my Vivomove HR started to slowly dim more and more until died completely. How do I fix it?

  • This also happened to me several months ago, and it is a known issue by Garman after 2 to 3 years apparently. I chatted with an agent last month and was told that if I return the watch with 80+ dollars they would send me a replacement one. I am hoping to hear from others who have done this successfully and have there been any issues with the replacement watch? Thank you.

  • I've just started to experience this too. I've had my Vivomove HR since at least 2018 so I guess I was lucky that I got so much out of it if 2-3 years is the norm. I'm debating moving over to the Venu 2 (it's on sale for $200 off right now) but honestly, this watch had everything I wanted right now (except A-fib notifications), so if a replacement for a small fee is available, I'll jump on it.
