Hello! If you plug the device into a computer usb port, does anything pop up on the screen? Does the computer recognize that something is being plugged in?

Garmin told me reach out your local Garmin Support for further assistance with this issue on my Vivomove HR. And I have to repair with this problem but  the cost is high.
