Alarms not working

We have the Jr. 3. Most of chores and alarms set for them don't pop up. I tried to reset, remove device and still no luck. Anything else I can do? Thnx.

Is the display blank when the alarm goes off or does nothing change on the watch face? How many alarms have been set on the device?

Nothing changes on the watch. I got now down to 11 alarms, before I had over 20.
