I recently bought an marvel ironman vivofit jr 3 but the brightness of the watch is so dim & hardly visible. Worst than vivofit jr 1. Please advise.

This is a terrible experience. How can you think otherwise. Surely someone at Garmin has seen the numerous complaints here and online elsewhere? Unacceptable...
I would NOT have bought this had I known the lighting can not be adjusted. Completely ridiculous for a child using. Trying to keep the light on and go through the features is impossible.
100% agree. The watch is unusable (and not cheap for a child's watch). If I had known I wouldn't have purchased either.
Hello! You will hold the button in for the device to light up when in use! I can still send this feedback along to my team regarding your experience.

I agree too. The watch brightness is pathetic. Unless you are using it outside, you can hardly see the face. Had I known this I wouldn’t have bought it. What a waste of money. Garmin need to address this issue.
I agreed with you.
I received this today and can barely read the screen. Who ever signed off on this??
100% agree!!!!!! Terrible design
Can I Change the Brightness on My vivofit or vivofit jr. Device?
The watch uses a sunlight-visible, transflective 64-color memory-in-pixel (MIP) display. This is great for extending battery life. Not so great for indoor use. Actually, the same display as watches costing 10 times the price.
Garmin now has the Bounce, which is also for children, but now uses an LCD display. On this watch the brightness can be changed. Perhaps Garmin heard the complaints.
I just purchased two of these for my kids and thought I had done something wrong because it was so dark, but sure enough I found this thread and called support to confirm, there is no way to adjust the brightness. Definitely a design flaw failure!
