I have been using my Vivo active 6 for 2 months now and have noticed while resting it on my side table It counts steps. Battery does not last 11 days for sure, Lasts about 7 days if I don't use many features (esp. the health ones that i mainly bought it for). But recently I have noticed on three occasions that the screen has started to black out and it does not work or come back for 3-5 minutes and then all of a sudden starts working with screen working again. I cannot restart it as there is nothing on display. reported it and contacted but logs were enabled and nothing was done. Contacted again and the agent started suggesting default responses without even addressing that i reached out previously.
Is this the customer service I have paid for over £260. What are you selling?
