Keeping body battery relevant despite « high stress »

Rather new owner of the vivoactive 6 i’m having one major frustration with it.

Stress levels are always higher than should be. I have heart issue and pacemaker, that’s probably part of the issue, but then…

I’ll eventually be ok with « ok, I have to adapt the way I read the metrics to my specific case » expect that the watch don’t when calculating the body battery.

The body battery empty like crazy, recharge only 33 even after a good nigh sleep … 

So any help to make body battery relevant ? Either stop the watch from overestimating the stress levels, or have it take that in account when calculating body battery ? 

I tried changing RHR and set the heart zone, no help. Don’t even know if it’s supposed to affect the maths..
