I just got a vivoactive 6 and my girlfriend as well. And she created a watch face using the IQ app FaceIT using Garmin supplied background. The weird thing is the time shows as 24hr time but the watch is 12hr time. When she installs it to the phone it's just the IQ logo with an exclamation point. Restarting phone and watch didn't fix it.
But I created one with no issue and used my own photo.
Any ideas?
