transmit heart rate problem

I am trying to transmit my heart rate from the Vivoactive 6 to view it on the screen of a Garmin Oregon 700, but it takes a long time to detect it and when it does, it disconnects immediately.
I could do this with my old Vivoactive 3 and had no problems.
Any solutions?

Yep, I'm having the same issue. I also upgraded from a vivoactive 3, and I'm trying to connect it to my bike computer (Edge 520 Plus). It connects over ANT+ and then very quickly disconnects. I verified that the firmware was up to date on both devices, tried rebooting them, and even reset the bike computer. I tried contacting chat support: they blamed the bike computer and recommended that I contact support for the bikes department.
