My watch is buzzing and every 4-5 seconds it goes back to the breathing exercise 4:4:4:4 Screen how do I stop it

My watch is constantly buzzing with now way to stop it and I powered it of a couple of times each time longer than the other and it’s still activating up. Any tips?

This is happening to me as well - suggested I breathe, but keeps freezing and needs to be restarted. Sometimes it freezes constantly vibrating and sometimes it just freezes on "breathe out". Restarting it and connecting it to wifi didn't solve this. I can't complete a 6 min breathing routine.
