vivoactive 6 - Sometimes the screen turns off during the day or even during workouts?

The watch screen temporarily goes black during normal use and also during training (in the training screen). During this time, the watch reacts to button presses (vibrates) but not to touch inputs. Training and/or music playback continue as normal. After 3 sec. - 60sec. the screen comes back on and the watch can be operated normally.This seems to happen even more while interacting (for example setting weight after a set in a strenght training). The problem occurs approx. 1x - 5x a day. The problem continues to occur even after a restart, synchronization with Garmin Express and software updates to the latest version (9.17). I use a standard watch face and only the apps/widgets installed on the watch by default.

Is this a known issue? Already contacted support a month ago but got no answer.
