vivoactive 6 sometimes vibrates and the only way stop it is to restart other times it just shuts down with no warning. staff at london marathon expo tried to fix but its still doing it. Any tips?

or it receives a notification, vibrates and then can not clear - then have to restart

or it just shuts down with no warning

could not rely on it for marathon so had to use older garmin

Hello! I am sorry to see that you are having difficulties with your vivoactive 6.

Are you able to update the software (Press A button >Settings > System > Software Update)?

Are there any additional steps needed to restart the watch (needs to be on the charger, etc)?

I did speak to support and we checked device was on latest software which it was. Then a factory reset was done. I was asked to give it a few days to see if it was OK.

unfortunately the device still has the same issues so I will be calling suppprt again
