I am a Garmin user since the Forerunner 305. I also had a FR 220 en FR 55. These watches produced 5 beeps when it was time for the next step in a workout.
The Vivoactive 5 remains sillent. All I get is a little vibration that is hardly noticable. I don't want to set it to its maximum value because I assume it consumes a lot of power, because the setting of the vibration option also applies to other notifications as far as I know. All I want is a few beeps, like in my Forerunners. I don't see how I can get these. I enabled audio messages, but apparently this gives spoken messages on your earphones if you wear them, and I don't.
How can I get these beeps. Without them, workouts are more or less useless, since you don't know when to go for the next step.HELP PLEASE!
