Brought a brand new watch as my old vivoactive 3's battery was finally giving up used to last 7 days maybe 2 days with some GPS, So Looked at the reviews and website showed good battery life so took the gamble...Well for a brand new watch the battery life is absolutely shocking I've followed all the steps needed to get more than a few days from the battery and I still cannot even get 24hours out of one full charge surely something is wrong with my watch?
Watch software is 17.01
Basic watch face with low screen brightness, no always on screen basically turned everything off that actually makes it smart other than it being connected to my phone for notifications.
Sleep screen is set up and pulse Ox turned off
Wifi turned off
Followed all the steps on the Garmin website and still no better so I feel like I'm at a loss if it cant even make 24 hours so unless I can get it changed out It might be going back for a refund. I've Been a customer since the Vivoactive HR which is still going strong to this day.
If anyone else has some suggestions before I give up that would be great.
