My watch froze on a hike. Recharged it and now it won’t stay on w/o being plugged in. Reset the whole thing and cleaned it and still not working.

Cleaned & Reset.

Only stays on when plugged in.

Drops from 100 percent to 2 instantly.

Does not pair with phone- probably because it’s dead.

Got the same issue after the latest update. Watch is useless now. How are these updates not checked to ensure this doesn't occur. Watch was fine prior to update.
