In addition to the cleaning and checking for damage, I have even bought a compatible charger from Amazon - worked beautifully the first couple of times but now back to zero effect. This has been going on for the last 6 months or so. Is there a software update that I have perhaps missed ?
Just watched a couple of videos - suggestion to try an alternate source of power (this is actually 3rd source) and (fingers crossed) we seem to have success by using a direct to socket connection rather than via PC or iPad.
So frustrated that I'm considering ditching Garmin, which I really do not want to have to do.
