Vivoactive 5 stopped receiving charge after 16.05 update

My vivoactive 5 has stopped receiving charge after the 16.05 update. This is not the first time it has happened in a month. Last time it got fixed after doing these:

  1. Use different charging cables
  2. Use different plugs/power source
  3. Clean the charging contacts
  4. Software update
  5. Reset settings
  6. Reset data and settings

Plug device into charger cord. While holding the upper button, plug the cord into a computer USB port (not a charger). After 30 seconds, release the button

Now I tried replicating all of these steps but still to no avail.
