After updating to 15.05 my Vivoactive 5 is no longer showing me incoming calls.
After the call ends I am seeing a message on the watch for a Missed Call, so the watch is connected properly.

I am having this same issue, have tried all the "fixes" I've found online, unable to remove the latest update
Here is the response from Garmin:
"I have added you to our case on this and we are pending a fix soon but I cannot give a timeline. Sorry for any inconvenience and have a great Friday!"
It is absolutely incredulous that they would release a firmware with this serious of a bug.

It is absolutely ridiculous that this is an issue. Feel like I'm wearing an expensive bracelet for decoration
I rarely have issues with my VA5 but I do now have this issue, after the update.
Suggestions on Reddit that this is a Samsung issue led me to download and set as default the Google Phone app in place of the Samsung phone app. My calls now come through on the watch again!
This appears to have been fixed for me by the latest Garmin app update.
