Vivoactive 5 issues

Hi I'm a new user of smartclocks and have just bought a Vivoactive 5. 
I have problems with the following:

1. It doesn't record my sleep (it has recorded 1 of 8 nights)

2. I'm unable to start any activities on my watch

3. I just tried the health snaps but couldnt start it because "unable to start beacuse another activity is ongoing. I have no idea of which activity it is

Any help would be appreciated

  • When you try and start an activity what happens each step of the way?

    When looking at the time ranges you were sleeping - 

    • What was your heart rate throughout the night? was it closer to resting than active?
    • Did you wear your watch for the 2 hours previous to going to sleep?
    • If you look at your step tracking - did the watch show steps in the sleep period?
    • What were your stress scores like during the sleep window?

    If you tap the top button does it show the list of activities? or does it show a data screen from an activity?

  • Hi. I restarted med watch and everyhtinh works as it should now. 

    My heart rate was cloer to resting. 

    Yes, I wore my watch for the two hours before goint to sleep. 

    It didnt show any steps during my sleep. 

    I dont know my stress scores during my sleep window. 

    The problem was that i had another activity ongoing. I never found out what that activity was
