When i touch my watch, it is not lighting up the screen and start vibrating when i press the button. The only way to fix it by holding the reset button for 15-20 sec. After starting the watch after restart, it is already in "walking mode" started around 1 minute ago and ongoing recording the activity.

I bought vivoactive 5 one year ago, and this is the 3rd one !!! It was replaced with new one by the support every time when i was complaining. This is unacceptable !!!
Can you somehow fix the issue please ???
